HM Storage LLC provides limited access, climate-controlled storage to our customers. Our regulated warehouse environment helps protect your valuables from extreme temperature change.

The following chart provides you with a hassle-free monthly rate based upon your storage needs. If you are unsure about what size is best for your items, we are happy to assist you.

Here are some helpful hints as you prepare your items for storage:
- Clean and Dry
Dirt can damage items scratching surfaces and food crumbs can attract pests. Clean and dry your items prior to storage, with an emphasis on drying very well. Damp items can promote mold and rot. Metals may rust. - Choosing Boxes
Airtight plastic bins are good for storing clothes. Acid-free boxes are best for artwork or books. - Leather Goods
Have your leather furniture professionally cleaned beforehand and ensure that the surface is dry – any moisture will cause mold and mildew in the future. This is ultimately the most urgent threat for leather furniture, so be extra stringent with cleaning and drying. Leather needs to breathe so use a thin layer of soft fabric over the furniture like cotton or flannel—no plastic.
